WHAT IS A PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE?
Found a Stihl product cheaper? We’ve got you covered. If you find an identical Stihl product at a lower price (including GST, delivery, and all other charges) sold by an Australian-based competitor, we’ll match it. This applies to Stihl products in stock at both the competitor and our store. If it’s not on our stock but eligible, we may, at our discretion, order it in for you.
WHAT PRODUCTS QUALIFY?
Your product needs to be completely identical to our Stihl item including matching model number and colour in order to be eligible. The matched price needs to apply to the competitor's final price, including freight, taxes and other additional charges, in AUD$. The item must be in-stock at the competitor for delivery or same-day collection.
WHAT PROOF IS NEEDED?
It’s easy, provide a team member proof of the competitor's current advertisement or website address showing the lower price, including any GST, shipping, or other charges. The key here is "current", we don’t match old prices, like that special from 2015. Once verified, we’ll match the price and set you up with your Stihl product at the best deal.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO VEFIRY A PRICE MATCH REQUEST?
Price match requests are typically verified on the spot. Once confirmed, we’ll match the price immediately, so you can purchase the product at the best deal.
WHAT ARE THE EXCLUSIONS?
This excludes pricing errors, bundles, gift cards, trade quotes, clearance/discontinued items, commercial quantities, and product sold through marketplaces (ebay, Amazon, Facebook, etc).
CAN PRICE MATCH AND OTHER PROMOTIONS BE COMBINED?
No, the price match guarantee applies only to the competitor’s listed price and cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE COMPETITOR'S PRICE CHANGES AFTER MY PURCHASE?
Price match requests are valid only at the time of purchase. We cannot retroactively match prices after the transaction is completed.
