Pre-order Policy

At Stihl Stanmore, we offer pre-orders for items not yet in stock, letting you secure your piece ahead of time. Pre-orders require full payment upfront and can be picked up from Stihl Stanmore when they arrive.

Your payment locks in your item, guaranteeing you get what you want. If you change your mind or need to cancel, we’ll refund your full purchase price via the original payment method, minus a $5 admin fee. Sorry, no cash refunds.

Pre-orders are especially handy for limited-release items, which might sell out quickly. By pre-ordering, you can ensure you don’t miss out.

 

You can spot pre-order items on our product pages. If the orange "Add to Cart" button is visible, the item is in stock. If you see a black "Pre Order" button, the item is available for pre-order with an ETA listed.
